Remeasure Signoff Specialist

Experience: 

2-5 years’ experience in a window/door installation or service environment

Reports To: 

Installation Manager

General Responsibility: 

In office measure reviews and producing materials request list

Time Requirement:

40 hours per week with the potential for overtime, availability Monday thru Friday and infrequent Saturdays

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assisting operations Manager/Production Staff
• Reviewing all new sales contracts & re-measure sheets
• Verify the accuracy of all measurements for processing to our purchasing dept.
• Provide detailed materials takeoff sheets for each job to be installed
• Provide written communication documented for installers to follow on each job installation
• Assist Installation/Service department on daily activities, only filling in when requested by your manager
• Attend weekly one-hour production & Installation meetings
