Precision	We measure the windows to determine the exact size of the replacement windows to 1/8th of an inch!	Most contractors measure windows and then order from standard “closest fit” sizes
Quality Control	The new windows are checked, double-checked, triple-checked…a total of 8 reviews for accuracy and exactness.	Some of them check for correct sizes when they arrive, but improper sizes and misfits can easily slip through the cracks.
Custom Stain	We give you the option to have your doors, windows, and trim completely stained or painted BEFORE installation. It’s great. No hassles, no mess, no odors in your home!	Most companies will not pre-stain windows or trim, leaving you with the task of hiring another painting contractor or doing it yourself AFTER installation.
Removal and Disposal	We carefully remove and dispose of your old windows as a part of the service.	Removal? That’s an extra charge!
Experiences & Insured	We have installed over 250,000 windows and doors. Installers are insured, licensed and bonded in YOUR city.	This might be the biggest risk you take; too many contractors are not properly insured and licensed, leaving you with a big liability.
Interior Trim	We offer complete new framing and interior pre-finished trim, or in some cases we can reuse your old trim to maintain your existing look.	Most companies will only install the new window into your old (&sometimes rotted) frame and leave your existing interior trim.
Brand Trained & Certified	Our crews are trained by the manufacturers. Manufacturers’ guidelines must be followed to ensure long life and to maintain their warranty.	Most installers are not trained by the manufacturers.
Water Tight Seal	Each install includes a waterproof membrane, polyurethane expansion foam & specialized sealants to ensure an air and water tight seal.	Not included; they avoid the additional work and cost of these advanced insulation and sealants.
Certified Masters	We are trained by Installation Masters – a nationwide training and certifications program by the US Department of Energy for installers of windows and glass doors.	Few installers get this additional Master Certification. They think that this level of expertise for your investment is unnecessary.
Protective Capping	We add capping to the exterior trim to prevent damage from water and exposure.	Usually not included.
EPA For Lead	We are licensed by the EPA to perform projects where lead may be present.	Not included; they avoid the additional work and many are not EPA certified.
