Due to the recent Shelter In Place order our physical locations are CLOSED until April 7th.    

You may contact us by phone, email, or text and we will answer all of your questions regarding new projects, installations, or service.   If you are interested in discussing a new project, we are scheduling for in-home appointments starting April 7th or schedule an online virtual appointment today.  You can still get the information you need right now to keep your project moving forward.  The health and safety of our customers and employees remain our top priority and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Covid-19 Company Update 3/17/20

I thought I would take a moment to update you with how NEXT Door & Window is working through these new times. 

The safety and wellbeing of our customers, employees, and our partners are our greatest concern. As the circumstances continue to change regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), it is our mission to ensure that we are taking the necessary precautions. We will remain flexible with each of our operations to best serve you, our valued customers.

All our Design and Energy Experts, Installers, and technicians are following all necessary procedures including washing and sanitizing their hands and equipment thoroughly after each appointment. Our team has been instructed to keep a proper distance from all individuals in the home. All our team members have been instructed to stay home if they are not feeling well.

Customers with In-Home Design Appointments

We continue to offer in-home appointments where our Design and Energy Expert visit your home to assess the condition of your current windows and doors to provide a tailored proposal for your project.

In the event you are uncomfortable conducting the appointment in your home at this time, your Design and Energy Expert is equipped with the ability to deliver your proposal to you online.

In this case, our designer will visit your home and take only exterior measurements. If you prefer an online consultation, please discuss this with our customer service specialist when you call.

Customers with Measure, Service, and Installation Appointments

The installation and service team at NEXT Door & Window has been instructed to wash their hands regularly and wash and sanitize their equipment thoroughly after each use.

Our service team will keep a proper distance from all individuals in the home. All installation and service technicians have been instructed to stay home if they are not feeling well.

Showrooms and Offices

All showrooms and offices will remain open at this time(Please check our website for current hours).  Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing are being conducted throughout the day at our locations.

Our customer service is available via phone, email, and text to serve you with the same level of service you have come to expect from NEXT Door & Window.
